Objectives

Our research in blood flow analysis by ultrasound focuses on developing methods to reconstruct vector blood flow in the cardiovascular system. We also consider the motion of surrounding tissues to improve the accuracy and understanding of cardiovascular dynamics.


Topics

  • Use matrix arrays for 3-D vascular blood flow imaging.
  • Simulate and improve Doppler echocardiography in collaboration with the MYRIAD team.
  • Reconstruct intracardiac vector blood flow using clinical ultrasound imaging (read more).
