MYOSAIQ dataset

General description

The training database is composed of 374 patients as follows:

• 98 patients with acute myocardial infarction at 4-8 days post-MI (MIMI cohort);
  
  
• 164 patients with LGE images obtained at 1 month post PCI and reperfusion (HIBISCUS-STEMI cohort);
  
  
• 112 patients with LGE images obtained at 12 months post PCI and reperfusion (HIBISCUS-STEMI cohort).

For all these data, the corresponding manual references given by one clinical expert are also provided.
